Tessera does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
Tessera plays music files you add from your own device. Your library, listening history, and settings remain on your device and are never sent anywhere.
Because Tessera collects no data, there is nothing to share with third parties. The app does not contain third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Tessera does not require an internet connection to play your music. The app does not send your data over the network.
Tessera lets you connect to your own WebDAV servers or network drives (NAS) to play your personal music library.
When you add a server, the server address and username you enter are stored only on your device, and the password is stored securely in the iOS Keychain. These credentials are used solely to connect to the server you specified — they are sent only to that server, and are never transmitted to the developer or any third party.
Music files retrieved from your server are cached on your device for playback. This cache stays on your device, is limited in size, and can be cleared at any time (and may also be removed automatically by iOS when storage is low).
Tessera has no analytics, no tracking, and no developer-operated servers. It does not collect or transmit your library, listening activity, credentials, or any personal data. All connections go directly between your device and the servers you choose.
Tessera does not collect data from anyone, including children.
